Why Sleep Out?

Taking part in the M&B National Sleep Out is a chance for you to come together with colleagues, stand in solidarity with people experiencing homelessness, and gain a perspective into the reality of rough sleeping for one night.

Whilst taking part in a sleep out does not replicate the genuine experience of someone who may be homeless, this does offer a glimpse into the reality and a chance to show compassion and empathy for their situation.

Hundreds of M&B colleagues will sleep out in Manchester, Birmingham, and London to raise vital funds to support M&B charity partner, Social Bite, and their mission to end homelessness.

Supporting Social Bite

Mitchells & Butlers has partnered with Social Bite in the mission to end homelessness.

With housing emergencies being declared and increasing numbers of people experiencing homelessness across the UK, the need has never been greater.

All donations go to the charity Social Bite to help fund homes, jobs, food and support to help people break the cycle of homelessness.

Why Sleep Out?

By taking part in a Sleep Out, you are not replicating the experience of someone who is homeless. You are standing in solidarity with everyone who is affected by homelessness and gaining a window into the experience of someone who has experienced homelessness.
