I'm taking on the 100 Miles Challenge this year to support Social Bite
I'm taking on the 100 Miles Challenge this year to support Social Bite break the cycle of homelessness, completing 100 miles throughout September and finishing on World Homeless Day on October 10th.This challenge will raise vital funds to expand the innovative work of Social Bite in providing homes, jobs, and food. Social Bite believes everyone deserves a safe place to call home, that a job can be truly transformative for someone who has experienced homelessness, and that food is one of the most powerful engagement tools to help signpost people to access the support needed.
I would be grateful if you could support my fundraising efforts with a donation to this page.
Every £20 donation could help Social Bite to provide x4 meals for people experiencing homelessness.
Together with your support, we can truly help break the cycle of homelessness.

My Updates
A pain in the back
Friday 19th SepSorry there's not been any updates. My back flared up again and it's been having knock on effects with not getting enough sleep and feeling uncomfortable all day most days this week.
The deadline is looming so im going to try and get some bonus miles in this weekend and I'll do another round of shares.
If you read this please think about supporting a good cause!
Love and solidarity!

A spork in the road
Thursday 4th Sep Thanks for looking here.I thought this seemed like a great opportunity to compel myself to cycle more often and do some good at the same time.
I've been recovering from a back injury over 2 years and still suffer pain daily.
Movement is difficult for me and I find it all too easy to find work around options; working from home too often and taking the car when I shouldn't.
I'm hoping this fundraiser does some good for a great cause, supporting people into healthy habits and new life's, and I think the idea that I'm making a difference for others will help me keep at it.
Hopefully by the end, I'll have changed my own outlook and may even find joy in the cycling after the fundraiser has passed and I won't feel like I deserve to be paid to do it.
Any and all support appreciated for myself and this very worthwhile cause.
Thanks for reading and I hope you are ready for some additional blog posts.
When I realise how difficult this is going to be to complete for someone who's only really done physio as my main exercise for 2 years.
Thank you all for reading!
Love and solidarity!
