I'm taking part in the Great Restaurant Sleep Out in support of Social Bite and the mission to end homelessness.

This March, I'll be braving the weather to Sleep Out overnight, in solidarity with people experiencing homelessness and to raise vital funds for projects helping people out of homelessness.

All donations go to the charity Social Bite, whose vision is a society where no one should have to be homeless. Their projects support people to break the cycle of homelessness, whether that starts with a free meal, supported employment, or a safe place to call home.

Your donation has the power to provide someone vulnerable with life-changing opportunities.

We're taking part in the Great Restaurant Sleep Out in support of Social Bite and the mission to end homelessness.

Team members from our venue be braving the cold weather to Sleep Out in solidarity with people who are experiencing homelessness across the UK as well as raising vital funds for Social Bite.

Social Bite believes everyone deserves a safe place to call home, that a job can be truly transformative for someone who has experienced homelessness, and that food is one of the most powerful engagement tools to help signpost people to access the support needed.

As part of my role at M&B I have been working alongside our partners Social Bite over various initiatives in the last couple of years.  I have seen the difference their work does to combat homelessness and I want to do all I can to help raise not only vital funds but awareness too.
If you haven't seen the work Social Bite have done on their Villages then I urge you to take a look, it really is transformational.

For anyone that knows me I hate being cold, I'm terrified of the idea of a whole night sleeping out but I know that is nothing in comparison to the thought of not knowing when you might sleep in a warm dry bed again, I hope by sleeping out in solidarity I can help to make a difference.
